Job summary

ZALARIS Deutschland GmbH in Helsinki seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead HR and Payroll transformation projects across Finland and Europe. You will deliver implementations, migrations, and digitalisation while steering stakeholders, timelines, budgets, and teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in HR, Payroll, HCM or related transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communications skills.
• Experience working in international and multicultural environments.
• Fluent Finnish and English, written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or similar certification is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR and Payroll projects.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks and resources.
• Act as the primary contact for clients and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across HR, Payroll, IT and Operations.
• Drive project governance, reporting and steering committee activities.
• Manage customer expectations regarding scope, timeline, budget and risks.
• Ensure successful project delivery aligned with quality and compliance requirements.
• Support continuous improvement and best practices in project delivery.
