Huawei is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager – BESS in Helsinki, Finland, to drive growth in utility-scale battery energy storage and PV inverter solutions. You will develop opportunities with utilities, IPPs, EPCs and investors, while leading tenders and negotiations.

You will collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to craft competitive solutions and stay ahead of market changes in the Finnish energy sector. Proficiency in Finnish and English is required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in energy, renewable energy, battery storage or infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of utility-scale BESS and PV markets, including project development and grid services.
• Experience in business development, complex solution sales, tender management, or strategic accounts.
• Good knowledge of the Finnish renewable energy market, regulations and grid infrastructure.
• Technical understanding of BESS technologies and grid integration.
• Strong commercial, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities in an international environment.
• Fluent Finnish and excellent English communication.

Responsabilités

• Drive business development and sales growth for BESS and PV inverter solutions in Finland.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with utilities, IPPs, EPCs, investors and large energy users.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand Huawei's presence in Finland.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and partners.
• Manage BESS opportunities from identification to contract closure.
• Lead commercial negotiations, tenders, RFIs and proposals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop competitive solutions.
• Monitor market developments, regulations, grid requirements and competitors.
• Represent Huawei at industry events and identify cross-selling opportunities.
