Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Telecommunications or related technical field.
• Finnish and English language proficiency are mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of professional IT industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure solutions: Storage, Servers, and Cloud technologies.
• Relevant certifications in Storage/Server/Cloud are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical consultancy, solution design, and presales support for IT infrastructure solutions.
• Prepare quotations and technical proposals based on tender specs and customer requirements; deliver presentations.
• Coordinate presales activities with Account Managers, Channel Managers and Service Managers to close opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with customer technical teams; provide solutions meeting customer needs.
• Collaborate with partners; deliver technical training and support partners in developing new opportunities.
• Present network solutions to customer CTOs and technical teams to identify and develop new business opportunities.
