Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Planning & progress: develop master and sub-plans, track milestones and update plans as needed.
• Risk & issue resolution: identify major risks early and coordinate problem-solving for on-site installation and testing.
• Cross-functional collaboration: work with Product, Technical, Procurement and Supply Chain teams to ensure closed-loop tracking.
• Budget & financials: assist cost management with budgets, track variances and support financial quality.
• Stakeholder management: manage communication with external clients, subcontractors and sponsors.
• Tools & systems: use Huawei internal systems for logistics, resource coordination and data publication.
