Job summary

Merus Power Plc in Finland seeks an experienced Sales Manager to grow our international harmonic filter business. You may be based in our Ylöjärvi or Helsinki office, with regular international travel.

The role combines partner management, customer engagement and identifying new business opportunities, shaping the scope by your experience and networks. Fluency in English is essential; other European languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in international sales.
• Track record in solution-based or consultative sales.
• Experience in selling technical products, systems or solutions.
• Ability to create new business opportunities and develop existing customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage our partner network across markets; guide partners’ sales activities and support them in customer meetings.
• Identify opportunities in new markets, customer groups and segments.
• Build relationships with consultants, designers and other key stakeholders.
• Manage customer accounts and sales activities using our CRM system.
• Represent Merus Power as an expert at seminars, trade fairs and customer events.
