Job summary

Databricks Finland seeks an Enterprise Account Executive to accelerate growth with Nordic customers. You will sell complex data/AI solutions to large enterprises, identify new use cases, and expand consumption while driving deals forward with executive stakeholders.

You will collaborate with regional teams and partners to co-create value, manage multi-threaded deals, and promote Databricks’ platform as a strategic choice for data and AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience selling complex solutions to Enterprise Customers.
• Experience leading complex, federated sales campaigns in major accounts.
• Experience in Data/Cloud industries with some technical sales experience.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in high-growth Enterprise software companies.
• Experience driving consumption and commit-based engagement models with services and training teams.
• Experience co-selling with Cloud Vendors (AWS, Azure and Google Cloud) and GSIs; English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Co-develop a business plan with your team and ecosystem partners to exceed consumption and bookings.
• Lead your team, customers and partners to identify impactful data and AI use cases and prove value.
• Implement data/AI transformation goals through partnerships, services, training and executive engagement.
• Develop an understanding of product details and roadmap to build trust with executives and champions.
