Databricks Finland is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth with Nordic customers. You will articulate the value of the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform, grow consumption, and guide deals from discovery to closure.

The role emphasizes deep product knowledge, executive engagement, and collaboration with partners and professional services. Fluency in English is required and strong quota attainment is expected.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience selling complex solutions to enterprise customers.
• Experience leading complex, federated sales campaigns in major accounts.
• Experience in data/cloud industries with technical sales.
• Proven track record of exceeding quotas in high-growth enterprise software.
• Experience driving consumption and commit-based engagement with services/trainings.
• Experience co-selling with Cloud Vendors (AWS, Azure, Google) and GSIs.
• Experience building champions and partnerships to execute account plans.
• Understanding of buying centers and use cases to increase Databricks' impact.
• Experience with MEDDPICC, Value Selling and forecasting.

Responsabilités

• Co-develop a business plan with team and ecosystem partners to exceed consumption and bookings.
• Lead team, customers and partners to identify impactful data and AI use cases while proving value.
• Implement data/AI transformation goals through partnerships, services, training and executive engagement.
• Develop understanding of technical product details and roadmap to build trust with executives.
