Job summary

Crystal Air in Finland is seeking an experienced project manager to lead HVAC installations and data centre projects across Europe. You will work closely with sales, construction teams and clients to ensure designs align with budgets and regulatory requirements.

You will manage procurement, scheduling and ISO processes, travel as required, and represent the company in meetings with clients and design teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Strong IT skills and technical aptitude are essential.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to read technical/construction drawings.
• Experience with HVAC installations and data centre projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
• Comfort working with clients and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales to understand project design and budgets.
• Ensure site compliance with materials, fire stopping and red-list items.
• Create and maintain project information folders and drawings.
• Monitor material costs against budgets and manage procurement.
• Lead long-lead item management and scheduling.
• Attend meetings with clients and design teams; report progress.
• Prepare monthly valuations with accounts and approve variations.
• Oversee ISO processes and travel to Europe as needed.
