Job summary

Crystal Air Ltd. is seeking a capable project lead to drive HVAC installations and support data centre projects across Europe. You will collaborate with sales, design teams and clients to manage budgets, specifications and compliance from early design to commissioning.

The role requires reading technical drawings, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring timely procurement and labour management, with travel to Norway and Sweden as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing HVAC installations.
• Experience in Data Centre projects.
• Ability to read technical/construction drawings.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to motivate project teams and deliver under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Work with Sales to understand project design and budgets.
• Read and understand specifications and ensure site compliance.
• Build information contract folders and update drawings.
• Control labour management and purchasing of equipment.
• Attend meetings with clients and design teams.
• Monthly valuations with accounts department.
• Approve variations and invoices with client PO.
• RAMS management and safety liaison.
• Travel and work in Norway and Sweden.
• Follow ISO processes.
