Job summary

V7 Recruitment is supporting a leading PMC to appoint an MEP Lead for a 150MW hyperscale data centre campus in Finland. You will oversee mechanical, electrical and plumbing packages across several buildings and ensure delivery of critical infrastructure throughout construction.

The role requires strong client-side leadership, coordination with contractors and consultants, and governance of design, quality, and schedule to meet project objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an MEP Lead/Manager on large scale construction projects.
• Strong background in data centre or mission-critical infrastructure.
• Track record coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Act as client-side MEP Lead overseeing mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems across the project.
• Coordinate and manage MEP contractors and subcontractors across multiple data centre builds.
• Review and provide oversight on MEP designs, specs and construction documentation.
