Job summary

TSG is seeking a Sales Support, Nordics to streamline order-to-cash processes and back the sales teams across Finland, Sweden and Norway. The role is based in Tampere, Finland, with exposure to an international customer base and multiple stakeholders.

You will handle orders, invoicing and forecasting, while collaborating closely with project teams, warehouses and finance. Fluency in Finnish and English is essential, Swedish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales support, order management, customer service or a similar role.
• A meticulous and detail-oriented working style with strong numerical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Good IT skills, particularly in the Microsoft Office environment and Excel.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Excellent communication in Finnish and English; Swedish is an advantage.

• Managing customer orders from order entry through delivery and invoicing.

We are now looking for a Sales Support, Nordics to support our sales operations across the Nordic region. The role is based in Tampere.

Your Responsibilities
