Job summary

TSL in Finland is seeking a motivated Finance Assistant to join our growing team in Vantaa. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in day-to-day finance administration within an international construction and data centre environment.

You will learn from experienced colleagues while handling invoice processing, supplier queries, and routine finance tasks, building strong fundamentals and project-based experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor finance inboxes and route supplier, subcontractor and employee expense queries to the correct owner.
• Register, code and prepare accounts payable invoices for review and approval in line with agreed processes.
• Carry out basic invoice checks, including supplier details, purchase order references, VAT information and supporting documentation.
• Support routine transaction processing for employee expenses, credit card transactions and supplier payments.
• Maintain finance trackers and update transaction statuses accurately and on time.
• Assist with simple supplier statement checks, account reconciliations and follow-up of missing information under supervision.
• Respond to routine internal and supplier queries using agreed templates or guidance, escalating exceptions when needed.
• Learn and follow company finance processes, approval routines and basic project coding requirement.

About the Opportunity

TSL has entered the Nordic market and, with secured projects, we are looking for a motivated Finance

Assistant to join our Finance team in Vantaa. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of

their finance career to gain practical experience in an international construction and data centre

environment, with support and guidance from experienced colleagues.

Role Purpose

To support the Finance team with day-to-day finance administration, transaction processing and invoice

handling. The role is suitable for an early-career candidate who is keen to learn, develop strong finance

fundamentals and build experience in a project-based international business.
