Are you curious about how systems, data and processes come together to keep a supply chain running smoothly? We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Systems Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team in Pitäjänmäki, Helsinki. This is a full-time role reporting to the Development Manager, with a focus on supporting our day-to-day supply chain systems and operations. We follow a hybrid working model and expect employees to work from the office at least two days per week.

About the role

In this role, you will provide day-to-day support for NetSuite and other supply chain systems and processes. You will be the first point of contact for system-related questions and issues, ensuring that tickets are logged, tracked and followed up with IT and external support partners. You will also help colleagues resolve process-related queries and support the outbound logistics team during absences, peak periods and business changes.

What you’ll do
  • Investigate and help resolve ERP- and EDI-related issues and incidents.

  • Monitor transaction flows across supply chain processes and EDI connections, helping ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Log and track support tickets and coordinate follow-up with IT and external partners.

  • Create and maintain clear work instructions and training materials.

  • Take part in system testing, implementations and user training for enhancements and new functionality.

  • Contribute to process and system improvements together with the Development Manager and wider Supply Chain team.

  • Maintain accurate and consistent supply chain data by identifying and resolving duplicate, obsolete or inaccurate records.

  • Support daily supply chain operations and order-to-delivery processes, including outbound logistics when needed.

  • Build your understanding of the company’s EDI ecosystem and support new or updated connections.

  • Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.

What we’re looking for

You enjoy solving problems, learning how systems support business processes and bringing structure to a fast-moving environment. You communicate confidently in both Finnish and English and are comfortable working with several priorities and stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Curiosity about ERP systems and how they enable business processes.

  • The ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.

  • Strong attention to detail and a structured way of working.

  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership.

  • Fluency in Finnish and English.

What would help you succeed
  • A relevant degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.

  • Experience with ERP systems, ideally NetSuite or Sage 200.

  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, order management, customer service or a similar operational role.

  • Exposure to system testing, process improvement or implementation projects.

  • Experience in FMCG or another fast-paced business environment.

Why join us?

This is an opportunity to develop your expertise at the intersection of supply chain, systems and data. You will gain broad visibility into end-to-end operations, collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders and make a practical contribution to improving the way our supply chain works.
