Aufgaben

• Manage customer orders from entry through delivery and invoicing.
• Support sales in Finland, Sweden and Norway.
• Create, maintain and monitor orders in ERP systems.
• Ensure accuracy of orders, pricing, delivery and invoicing information.
• Coordinate deliveries with sales, project teams, warehouses and logistics partners.
• Prepare customer invoices and credit notes; review supplier invoices related to deliveries.
• Monitor open orders, deliveries and invoicing; support forecasting and reporting.
