Job summary

Experis is seeking a Sales Support, Nordics role based in Tampere to strengthen the link between sales, project teams, supply chain and customers. You will manage orders, monitor invoicing and support forecasting in a fast‑paced international setting.

Responsibilities

We are now looking for a

Sales Support, Nordics

to support our sales operations across the Nordic region. The role is based in Tampere.

In this role, you will act as an important link between sales, project teams, supply chain, logistics and customers.

Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

• Managing customer orders from order entry through delivery and invoicing
• Supporting the sales organization, particularly in Finland, Sweden and Norway
• Creating, maintaining and monitoring orders in ERP systems
• Ensuring the accuracy of order, product, pricing, delivery and invoicing information
• Continuously improving processes and ways of working
• Coordinating deliveries in collaboration with sales, project teams, warehouses and logistics partners
• Preparing customer invoices and credit notes
• Reviewing and processing supplier invoices related to sales deliveries
• Monitoring open orders, deliveries, order backlog and invoicing, and handling exceptions
• Supporting sales and finance functions with forecasting and monthly reporting

What We Expect from You

• Previous experience in sales support, order management, customer service or a similar role
• A meticulous and detail-oriented working style combined with strong numerical skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Good IT skills, particularly in the Microsoft Office environment and Excel
• Experience working with ERP systems
• Excellent communication skills in both Finnish and English are required, Swedish language skills are considered an advantage
