Job summary

Neomore is looking for a Sales Manager, Data & AI to drive growth in our Data, Analytics & AI business area in Finland. You will identify opportunities, open new conversations with senior business and data stakeholders, and connect customer needs with the right expertise and solutions.

You don’t need an SAP background, though SAP ecosystem experience or Finnish industry relationships are a plus. A strong commercial mindset and English fluency are required; home base can be Espoo, Tampere or

Qualifications

Experience selling Data & AI services to large enterprise customers.
Strong commercial mindset with ability to build pipeline and open new conversations.
Ability to sell business outcomes rather than technologies or hours.
Confidence engaging with senior business and data stakeholders.
Collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset in an evolving business area.
SAP ecosystem experience or Finnish industry relationships are a plus.
Fluent English; Finnish is a plus.

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities and build the pipeline for our Data & AI business area.
Collaborate with SAP account managers and Data & AI experts to turn customer needs into solutions.
Forecasting and maintain CRM discipline within the business area.
Shape the offering with the team and test resonance with customers.
Open new customer conversations and engage senior stakeholders.
