We are looking for a Sales Manager, Data & AI to join our growing Data, Analytics & AI business area. SAP consulting is what Neomore is known for, and now we are building something new alongside it. In this role, you will have a key commercial role in growing our Data & AI business and a real opportunity to influence how both our offering and customer pipeline develop.

Our strategy is to help customers make better business decisions by turning SAP, data and AI into practical value. As Sales Manager, you will play an important role in making this happen by identifying where we can create value for our customers, opening new conversations and turning those opportunities into concrete engagements. We help large industrial companies make their ERP data usable so that it can drive analytics and AI wherever they have chosen to build. The conversation often starts with AI and a business challenge or opportunity, rather than a specific technology. Your role is to understand what the customer wants to achieve and connect that need with the right expertise and solutions. You will focus on building the pipeline for our Data & AI business area, actively approaching customers and opening new opportunities. You will work closely with our SAP account managers on joint pursuits and collaborate with our Data & AI experts to turn customer needs into meaningful solutions. You will also contribute to forecasting and maintain good CRM discipline within the business area.

This is not a sales role where you step into an established machine and inherit a ready-made pipeline. Our Data & AI offering is still evolving, and we are looking for someone who finds that exciting. You are comfortable shaping the offering together with the team, testing what resonates with customers and building something that can grow. We value curiosity and an entrepreneurial mindset. You don’t need to have an SAP background, although experience within the SAP ecosystem can certainly help. What matters more is that you understand how to sell Data & AI services to large organizations and are comfortable having outcome-driven conversations with senior business and data stakeholders.

• Experience selling Data & AI services to large enterprise customers

• Ability to sell business outcomes rather than technologies or consulting hours
• Confidence engaging with senior business and data stakeholders
• Collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to work in an evolving business area
• SAP ecosystem experience or existing relationships within Finnish industry are considered a plus
• Fluent English, Finnish is a plus
