Job summary

Neomore Consulting Oy, an SAP consulting company in Finland, is expanding its Data, Analytics & AI business. As Sales Manager, Data & AI you will drive commercial growth, identify value for large enterprises, and turn conversations into concrete engagements.

You will work with SAP account managers and Data & AI experts to translate customer needs into meaningful solutions and shape the evolving offering. Your role combines entrepreneurial drive with collaboration and strategic pipeline

Qualifications

Experience selling Data & AI services to large enterprise customers.
Strong commercial mindset with ability to actively build pipeline and open new conversations.
Ability to sell business outcomes rather than technologies or consulting hours.
Confidence engaging with senior business and data stakeholders.
Collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to work in an evolving business area.
SAP ecosystem experience or existing relationships within Finnish industry are considered a plus.
Fluent English, Finnish is a plus.

Responsibilities

Identify where we can create value for our customers, opening new conversations and turning opportunities into concrete engagements.
Build the pipeline for the Data & AI business area and forecast outcomes with CRM discipline.
Collaborate with SAP account managers and Data & AI experts to translate customer needs into solutions.
Shape the offering together with the team as it evolves and test what resonates with customers.
Engage with senior business and data stakeholders to drive outcomes and growth.
