Job summary

Neomore is seeking a Lead Data & AI Architect to join our Data, Analytics & AI team. You will combine business understanding with data, AI and architecture to identify opportunities and turn them into practical, value-driving engagements.

You will work hands-on with customers, guiding AI use cases, data strategy, and architectural decisions to deliver concrete solutions that create real business value.

Qualifications

• Track record of leading AI initiatives and advisory work.
• Good understanding of business data structures and information architecture.
• Commercial mindset with the confidence to approach customers.
• Strong customer-facing and advisory skills.
• Ability to connect business processes, data and technology into an architectural picture.
• Experience with SAP, Databricks, Snowflake or Microsoft Fabric is a plus, but willingness to learn is important.
• Fluent English; Finnish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate AI use-case discussions and identify opportunities.
• Lead data and AI architecture engagements from opportunity to delivery.
• Conduct Data Architecture Assessments and target-architecture engagements.
• Define current landscape and design future-state architecture with clients.
• Translate business needs into concrete data/AI solutions.
• Collaborate with customers to ensure value realization.
