Job summary

Neomore Consulting Oy is seeking a Lead Data & AI Architect to drive AI use case discussions, shape data architectures, and lead engagements for customers in Finland. You will combine business process understanding with data and AI capabilities, guiding customers from opportunity to concrete solution.

You will work hands-on with customers, shaping target architectures and delivering value while leveraging SAP, data platforms, and analytics to create practical outcomes.

Qualifications

• Track record of leading initiatives (AI), customer-facing business opportunities and advisory work.
• Good understanding of business data structures and information architecture.
• Commercial mindset with confidence in approaching customers, identifying opportunities and developing them into concrete engagements.
• Strong customer-facing and advisory skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions around business, data and AI.
• Ability to connect business processes, data and technology into a bigger architectural picture.
• Experience with SAP, Databricks, Snowflake or Microsoft Fabric is considered a plus, but willingness to learn is more important.
• Fluent English, Finnish is a plus
