Neomore is seeking a Lead Data & AI Architect to join our Data, Analytics & AI team. You will combine business understanding with data, AI and architecture to identify opportunities and turn them into practical, value-driving engagements.

You will work hands-on with customers, guiding AI use cases, data strategy, and architectural decisions to deliver concrete solutions that create real business value.

Qualifications

• Track record of leading AI initiatives and advisory work.
• Good understanding of business data structures and information architecture.
• Commercial mindset with the confidence to approach customers.
• Strong customer-facing and advisory skills.

• Experience with SAP, Databricks, Snowflake or Microsoft Fabric is a plus, but willingness to learn is important.
• Fluent English; Finnish language skills are a plus.

We are looking for a Lead Data & AI Architect to join our growing Data, Analytics & AI business area. In this role, you will combine experience and business process understanding with data, AI and architecture, helping our customers identify opportunities and turn them into practical solutions that create real business value. This is a senior, customer-facing role where you will actively build relationships with both existing and potential customers, identify new opportunities and turn customer needs into concrete engagements. You are comfortable starting conversations, understanding where architecture, data and AI could create value, and helping customers take the next step.

Alongside the commercial side of the role, you will work hands-on with our customers. Your work can range from facilitating AI use case discussions and identifying opportunities for data and AI to Data Architecture Assessments and target-architecture engagements. You will help customers understand their current landscape, define where they want to go and make the architectural choices needed to get there.What matters most to us is overall business understanding in at least one domain, such as supply chain, finance or project business, combined with a solid understanding of business data structures. You understand how customers actually run their processes and what the data behind them means. This allows you to connect business needs with the right data, AI and technology solutions. Our strategy is to help customers make better business decisions by turning SAP, data and AI into practical value. As Leading Data & AI Architect, you will play an important role in making this happen, from identifying the initial business opportunity together with the customer to designing the solution and supporting its successful delivery.

You don’t need to be an expert in every modern data platform from day one. Experience with Databricks, Snowflake or Microsoft Fabric is valuable, but the platform side can be learned, and we will support you in developing your expertise. What is much harder to teach is the combination of strong business process understanding, commercial mindset, customer insight and the ability to see the bigger architectural picture. You will also have an important role in strengthening our own Data, Analytics & AI capabilities. You will contribute to our data delivery model and templates and help ensure high-quality architecture and design work across the business area. This could be a natural next step if you have a strong consulting experience and want to broaden your role towards data, AI, architecture and advisory work. You enjoy working closely with customers, opening new conversations and turning complex business needs into clear opportunities and solutions.

• Track record of leading initiatives (AI), customer-facing business opportunities and advisory work
• Good understanding of business data structures and information architecture
• A commercial mindset and confidence in approaching customers, identifying opportunities and developing them into concrete engagements
• Strong customer-facing and advisory skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions around business, data and AI
• Ability to connect business processes, data and technology into a bigger architectural picture
• Experience with SAP, Databricks, Snowflake or Microsoft Fabric is considered a plus, but willingness to learn is more important
• Fluent English, Finnish is a plus
