Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B service sales or technical equipment sales, ideally within industrial environments.
• Full professional proficiency in Finnish and English (HVAC working experience).
• Strong ability to explain technical concepts to customers and to build long‑term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop aftersales business by building and maintaining long‑term customer relationships.
• Identify sales opportunities and prepare service proposals, present solutions, and lead negotiations.
• Sell Trane's service portfolio including maintenance, start-ups, digital services, retrofits, and replacements.
• Provide technical and commercial support to customers to ensure a seamless service experience.
• Build trust and maintain high service quality in all customer interactions.
• Conduct site visits when necessary, including outdoor and mechanical/equipment room environments.
• Report key sales metrics and monitor market trends to identify opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for accurate scoping, pricing, and integration of equipment and service.
• Achieve service sales targets and other business development goals.
