Job summary

Qualifications

Technical University Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Energy or Aeronautic Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in technical sales, preferably HVAC.
Self-motivated with proactive sales mindset and drive to exceed targets.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good command of English and strong communication skills.
Autonomous and comfortable working remotely/from home.

Responsibilities

Identify sales opportunities, qualify them, create proposals and present to customers.
Negotiate terms within company guidelines and gained limits; acquire orders.
Achieve assigned sales and customer development quotas in Industrial and Commercial segments.
Develop total solutions by collaborating with other departments.
Grow business with existing customers and build long-term relationships.
Communicate service opportunities and maintain CRM/up-to-date pipelines.
