Job summary

Trane Technologies, a world leader in climate solutions, is seeking a Service Coordinator in Finland to lead and support a team of Service Technicians across Finland. You will plan daily activities, ensure clear communication with customers and technicians, and support in achieving operational goals with strong teamwork.

The role requires coordinating schedules, supervising safety, and maintaining documentation in planning systems and Oracle.

Qualifications

Minimum high school education (preferred University education).
Minimum 3 years of experience coordinating work in service.
Experience in leading or supervising a small team is welcome.
Customer orientation and ability to build long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

Plan and allocate workloads for Service Technicians and coordinate resources.
Supervise safety aspects of service work and ensure quality.
Review service reports, documents, and ensure accuracy and completeness.
Identify and implement process improvements to boost productivity and service quality.
Schedule service jobs, materials, and subcontractors for timely completion.
Prepare work orders and communicate with customers; track maintenance activities.
