Job summary

Syncro is hiring a Business Development Representative to drive outbound outreach and build a strong pipeline among IT departments and mid-market customers. You will own outbound execution across target accounts, identifying buying groups and stakeholders, and converting conversations into meetings and revenue.

You will collaborate with AEs, Marketing, and Sales Leadership to refine messaging and improve campaigns based on real-world feedback.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of SDR/BDR experience in B2B SaaS.
• Proven success in outbound prospecting: cold calls, emails, and social selling.
• Comfortable working from a target account list and hitting activity + SQL goals.
• Strong written and verbal communication; concise, clear prospects engagements.
• Curious about technology and how IT teams work; comfortable discussing tools and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Identify and break into priority accounts with a structured, account based approach.
• Research companies, buying groups, and stakeholders using ZoomInfo.
• Execute multi-channel outbound with pre-built messaging to drive high quality conversations.
