glueckkanja is seeking a Sales Executive – New Business in Helsinki to own the full new business cycle and drive opportunities from first contact to closed deals. You will identify and engage IT decision-makers at mid-market and enterprise companies in Finland with structured outbound campaigns across social, email, and phone.

You will work closely with our technical and Account Management teams to ensure smooth handover, build the local brand, and expand our Microsoft-focused cloud security and

Qualifications

• B2B outbound sales experience in IT services, cloud, or cybersecurity.
• Experience engaging senior IT buyers (CIO/CISO/CTO).
• Fluent in Finnish and proficient in CRM and reporting.
• Strong command of English for internal collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own the full new business cycle from prospecting to close.
• Identify, reach, and qualify IT decision-makers in Finland.
• Run structured outbound campaigns via social, email and phone.
• Convert cold contacts into warm conversations and opportunities.
• Collaborate with technical and Account Management teams for handover.
