Job summary

Worldwiders Recruitment is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager based in Finland to build and maintain strong customer relationships, drive satisfaction, and identify growth opportunities.

You will engage with Sales, Operations, Technical, Finance, and Support teams to proactively manage customer needs, resolve challenges, and strengthen commercial relationships. A strong background in data centre, cloud, or enterprise services is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management or related roles.
• Experience managing enterprise customers and complex client relationships.
• Strong commercial awareness with ability to drive upsell and renewals.
• Experience leading onboarding and adoption programmes.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for assigned customers and build long-term relationships.
• Lead customer onboarding and adoption programmes to ensure successful integration of products/services.
• Manage customer engagement through regular business reviews and feedback sessions.
• Develop customer success plans aligned with objectives and monitor satisfaction, performance and risks.
• Collaborate with Sales to support commercial discussions and retention strategies.
• Coordinate with technical teams to resolve issues and manage escalations.
• Prepare customer reports and business reviews for decision-making.
