Evotym is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth in the payments space. This fully remote role focuses on building relationships with financial institutions and owning the end-to-end sales cycle. You will engage with executives, collaborate with product and risk teams, and lead forecasting and CRM updates from Finland.

You will operate in a scaling fintech environment with competitive compensation and a dynamic team culture, reporting to senior leadership as you expand across regions.

Qualifications

• Strong B2B sales experience in payments or banking tech.
• Proven track record closing complex deals with financial institutions.
• Knowledge of regional markets and decision-makers.
• Understanding of payment infrastructure and processing platforms.
• Experience managing cross-functional sales cycles with executives.
• English language proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute regional sales strategy for payments solutions.
• Develop regional sales plan and target accounts.
• Build and manage a pipeline through network and outreach.
• Own full sales cycle from discussions to closing.
• Engage with C-level stakeholders and payment/tech leaders.
• Collaborate with product, technical, risk, and compliance teams.
• Forecasting and CRM reporting.
