Job summary

Haypoint is a Finnish growth-stage SaaS company delivering outbound sales for portfolio companies from first outreach to onboarding. We are seeking native Swedish, Norwegian, German, Estonian or Dutch speakers to join our consultative, full-cycle B2B sales team serving home markets.

Roles are based in the Helsinki metropolitan area preferred, or elsewhere in Finland, with mostly remote work and a Helsinki office visit 1–2x per month. Interviews conduct in English.

Qualifications

• Native-level Swedish, Norwegian, German, Estonian or Dutch with fluent English.
• Experience in B2B or full-cycle sales and ambition to become a high-value seller.
• Education in business, marketing, or sales, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the full B2B sales cycle from identifying the right companies to closing deals and supporting implementation.
• Build relationships with decision-makers in your language market.
• Shape solutions with the customer and run tailored demos of SaaS products.
• Negotiate and close deals.
• Build and manage your own pipeline strategically.
