Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Helsinki seeks a Product Sales Assistant for a global technology leader in telecommunications, digital power, and ICT solutions. The role is on-site in Helsinki, full-time and permanent.

The successful candidate will support marketing, GTM, and digital activities, assist with pre-sales and sales lead generation, and communicate with junior-level customers while applying knowledge of telecom domains and data analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent.
• Fluent Finnish and English language skills, Chinese is a plus.
• At least one year of experience working in sales.
• Have adequate project development and data analysis skills, and good interpersonal skills.
• Have adequate writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Marketing strategy and development: Implement marketing strategies for one or two mature products in high-value regions and communicate with junior-level customers.
• Market segmentation and digital marketing: Support GTM strategy planning and effective sales strategies; manage themed stores and brand communications with junior customers.
• Pre-sales technical support and sales lead generation: Provide remote pre-sales support, including product sourcing, configuration quotations, and network planning; optimize inquiries and service processes.
