Job summary

Trimble Inc. in Espoo, Finland is seeking an experienced People eXperience (PX) Partner to bridge global PX strategy with local execution. You will advise local leaders, support ~200 employees, and shape organizational culture while ensuring Finnish labor-law compliance.

You will work with the PX team across the region and report to the PX Manager in Finland. This is a hands-on role requiring strong stakeholder management and change leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience as an HR Partner in a multinational or matrixed environment.
• Proven experience in planning, implementing and facilitating PX initiatives (compliance, compensation, benefits).
• Fluent Finnish and English, both written and spoken, to influence and collaborate with local/global stakeholders.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and change-management capabilities.
• Ability to navigate complex employee relations with integrity in a fast-paced tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead local implementation of global PX processes tailored to Finnish organizations.
• Advise leaders, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with Finnish labor laws.
• Collaborate with global PX functions (People Systems, Talent, Total Rewards, etc.).
• Drive PX initiatives to increase engagement and organizational effectiveness.
• Coach managers through workforce planning, succession, and performance management.
• Facilitate local PX communications and regular informational meetings.
