Qualifications

• Solid experience as an HR Partner in Finland.
• Negotiations and Finnish labour law familiarity.
• Hands-on with HR systems (HRIS, LMS, intranet, survey tools).

Responsibilities

• HR partnering and leadership support within Finland and Nordics.
• Ensure Finnish labour law compliance and union relations.
• Hands-on HR operations and systems work; internal comms and intranet content.
