  • Partner with leaders in identifying changing organizational needs, provide strategic PX advice, and offer up ideas and solutions that significantly improve organizational effectiveness and culture and assist in change management processes.
  • Drive strategic PX initiatives which increase employee engagement, support the business, and evolve the culture. Collaborate and facilitate the design and implementation of company-wide PX business processes, programs, and initiatives.
  • Advise and coach managers through critical business cycles, including workforce planning, succession planning, and performance management.
  • Facilitate local internal PX communications and drive employee engagement by hosting regular company informational meetings.
Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as an HR Partner, ideally within a multinational or matrixed environment, with a proven track record of planning, implementing, and facilitating diverse PX initiatives including compliance, compensation, and benefits.
  • Deep, comprehensive knowledge of Finnish labor laws.
  • Professional fluency in written and verbal Finnish and English to influence and collaborate effectively with local and global stakeholders.
  • Proactive, resilient, and self-aware professional with the capability to manage complex employee relations, multitask, and navigate fast-paced, innovative environments with high integrity.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships quickly, dive into details, present confidently to all levels, and adapt seamlessly to supporting new organizational groups as and when required.
Bonus Points For:
  • Academic degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience working with companies covered by the Collective Agreement for the IT Service Sector and negotiating with employee representatives.
  • Familiarity with Workday or similar HCM systems.
