Job summary

RELEX Solutions is seeking a seasoned People Operations leader to run HR operations across the EMEA region from Finland. You will steer payroll, benefits, HRIS, vendor management, and compliance, partnering with global teams to scale processes and embed automation and AI tools.

You will manage regional HR initiatives, work with works councils where applicable, and lead a multi-country team to deliver high-quality services while aligning with global strategy.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a senior People Operations / HR leadership role across multiple European jurisdictions.
• Proven ability to lead distributed teams and manage through Team Leads.
• Strong focus on automation, AI-enabled processes, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR operations across the EMEA region, ensuring compliance and efficient service delivery.
• Lead payroll, benefits, HRIS, vendor management and budgeting.
• Partner with Finance, legal, and regional leaders to standardize processes and drive global initiatives.
• Manage relationships with works councils and employee representatives across Germany, France, and other territories.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation across People Operations.
