Lokki Henkilöstöpalvelut Oy invites an experienced P2P IT Project Support Specialist to bolster the P2P IT team during peak project activity and multiple go-lives. The role coordinates testing, investigates issues, manages risks, and collaborates across IT workstreams, vendors, and business users.

Ideal candidates will show independence, strong communication, and a proactive ownership mindset, with experience in P2P, master data, and testing.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise applications and IT projects.
• Knowledge of Finance and Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Experience with Finance master data maintenance.
• Experience with Basware, Infor LN and M3 would be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of integrations, interfaces, and data flows.
• Experience with testing, defect management, and issue resolution.
• Ability to analyze application errors, integration failures, and data issues.
• Understanding of project risk management.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple P2P-related projects, enhancements, and go-live activities.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute testing activities, including integration testing, end-to-end testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing support.
• Investigate application issues, process failures, data discrepancies, and integration errors, and drive resolution with relevant teams.
• Analyze error logs, identify root causes, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Follow up on open defects and ensure timely resolution before go-live.
• Collaborate closely with other IT teams, application owners, developers, vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and potential impacts, and proactively escalation when needed.
• Perform Finance master data maintenance activities, including data creation, updates, validation, issue resolution, and data quality monitoring.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Ensure solutions comply with information security and data privacy requirements.
