Job summary

atNorth is expanding its Customer Operations team and seeks a Project Manager to drive customer-focused initiatives from planning through execution in a fast-paced, international context.

You will coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, manage budgets, and ensure on-time delivery with high quality, governance, and compliance. English fluency is required; familiarity with Finnish language is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in delivering complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Structured approach to timelines, budgets, risks and deliverables.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and approved budget.
• Manage projects per atNorth's governance and frameworks.
• Prepare and present updates for reviews and key decisions.
• Monitor progress, risks, issues and change requests and escalate as needed.
• Draft project budgets, cost estimates and cash-flow forecasts.
• Coordinate stakeholders and clarify requirements to manage dependencies.
• Ensure structured reporting and documentation of deliverables and lessons learned.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams.
• Identify and manage risks across projects and interfaces.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and regulatory requirements.
