Job summary

Vaisala seeks a Sales Coordination Specialist at its Vantaa headquarters to support the order-to-cash process. You will work with global customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth sales operations and excellent customer experience across quotations, orders and invoicing.

You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Logistics and other teams, acting as a subject-matter expert for designated tools and processes while driving data quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in sales coordination/support, customer service, or a similar role.
• B.Sc. degree or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce; SAP S/4HANA).
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end processing of product, service and contract orders, incl. quotes.
• Serve as primary operational contact for quotations, orders and invoicing inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure order execution.
• Manage billing activities from start to finish.
• Maintain and improve customer master data quality.
• Act as superuser and SME for designated tools and processes, guiding global teams.
• Support sales and order-related documentation.
