Job summary

Normet is seeking a Service Supervisor in Finland to lead on-site and mid-life services for the Nordics, combining field execution with training and digital services. You will work within the Europe, Eurasia & Africa organization to ensure safety, profitability, and high service quality.

Reporting to the Services Director, you will schedule teams, monitor performance, manage customer meetings, and drive continuous improvement across HSEQ, with frequent collaboration in Finnish, English and

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of mining and aftermarket services experience.
• Proven track record leading service engineers.
• Three years of experience in resource planning.
• Strong Finnish, English, and Swedish communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% in North Europe.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site and mid-life service execution.
• Schedule and coordinate field engineers and workshops.
• Monitor service performance to meet standards and targets.
• Maintain records and reporting in D365 and PowerBI.
• Ensure HSEQ compliance and safety across projects.
