Job summary

Nordec is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead installation works on demanding projects in Finland and across Northern Europe. You will head on-site teams, coordinate subcontractors, ensure safety, quality and schedule adherence, and maintain strong collaboration with customers, project management and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

This permanent, full-time role offers autonomy, international exposure and opportunities across Nordec's growing markets.

Qualifications

• Several years of site management or project leadership experience within construction.
• Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, site operations and safety requirements.
• Experience from large industrial projects or data centers is an advantage.
• Fluent English; Finnish/Swedish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leading and coordinating on-site installation activities.
• Managing site teams and subcontractors.
• Ensuring quality, safety, schedule and productivity targets are met.
• Acting as main on-site contact towards customers and stakeholders.
• Monitoring project progress and reporting to Project Manager.
• Resolving challenges and driving effective decision-making on site.
