Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment across the Nordic region. You will partner with hiring managers, design hiring strategies, and provide market insights to inform decisions.

You will manage offers, onboarding, and compliance, ensuring a smooth candidate experience and alignment with EOS growth. You will coordinate across HR, IT and business leaders, maintaining data in ATS and collaborating with People Operations to ensure consistent

Qualifications

Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment, preferably IT/tech.
Strong stakeholder management across multiple levels.
Experience handling multiple requisitions and projects simultaneously.
Direct sourcing, candidate assessment, interview management and onboarding coordination.
Knowledge of Nordic recruitment practices and market trends.

Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers and leaders to understand workforce needs and priorities.
Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned to local market conditions.
Provide market insights on compensation trends and hiring challenges.
Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Nordic roles, coordinating interviews and offers.
Coordinate onboarding and pre-employment checks, ensuring compliance and timely processes.
Maintain recruitment data in ATS and collaborate with HR/People Operations.
