Job summary

Honeywell Technologies in Espoo, Finland is seeking a Senior HR Partner to deliver comprehensive HR support across the organization. You will drive employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and policy compliance while partnering with cross-functional teams on strategic HR initiatives.

You will report to the HR Manager Nordics and operate in a hybrid 3:2 model from our Finland location, shaping culture, engagement, development, and retention of our skilled workforce within a

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years in HR with focus on ER, PM, and TA
Strong knowledge of HR policies and regulations
Fluent in Finnish (Professional)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate across functions

Responsibilities

Manage employee relations, including inquiries, investigations, and conflict resolution
Support performance management, goal setting, reviews, and development plans
Partner with talent acquisition to attract top talent
Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements
Develop and implement HR programs to support business objectives
Provide guidance to HR team on best practices and regulations
