Job summary

ICEYE, a world-leading sovereign intelligence from space company, is seeking a Senior Talent Attraction Partner in Espoo. You will own full-cycle recruitment for GTM and Product roles across a hybrid work model (3 days in office).

You will source niche talent, leverage AI-native tools, and partner with hiring managers to drive fair, evidence-based decisions. Your work directly impacts ICEYE's growth in markets that matter for global security.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting senior GTM and/or product talent for deep tech or frontier tech.
• Proficient in building AI-driven sourcing, screening, and pipeline workflows.
• Design structured interviews and mitigate bias.
• Influence hiring managers with data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities
