Job summary

ICEYE is seeking a Talent Attraction Partner in Espoo, Finland, to own full-cycle recruitment for the Global Manufacturing Organisation. This contract role requires partnering with hiring managers, delivering impact hires, and driving recruitment excellence across manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics.

The role entails a hybrid work model and will involve collaborating with a global team to attract top talent and optimize hiring processes.

Qualifications

• Must have full-cycle Talent Acquisition expertise: manages the entire recruitment lifecycle independently across manufacturing, supply chain, logistics.

Responsibilities

• Deliver impact hires: Manage ~8-10 concurrent roles, achieving quality & efficiency metrics.
• Source and engage niche talent: Build data-informed sourcing campaigns for hard-to-fill roles across manufacturing, supply chain, logistics and other areas.
• Partner with hiring teams: Act as a trusted consultant and process owner, guiding managers through structured, fair, and evidence-based hiring decisions.
• Drive process excellence: Uphold rigor and consistency in ATS workflows, ensuring compliance and a best-in-class candidate experience.
• Enhance TA capability: Share best practices, insights, and market data to help strengthen recruiting acumen across the broader team.
