Job summary

Snatch UP Jobs is seeking a Regional Sales Director to grow its Nordic business. This senior individual contributor role is remote within the Nordic region and reports directly to the founders, enabling strategic autonomy in a fast-evolving market.

You will build pipelines across government, defence, intelligence, and the wider Nordic security ecosystem, managing long procurement cycles and high-value deals while forming trusted relationships with security leaders and partners.

Qualifications

• Experience selling complex cybersecurity technology across the Nordics.
• Current relationships with security buyers, technical end users or specialist cyber partners.
• Clear understanding of the offensive-cyber market and teams using attack simulations or security testing tools.
• Track record of building pipeline and leading long, sensitive procurement cycles.
• Professional English with strong local credibility; regional languages are valuable.

Responsibilities

• Own complex sales cycles from initial conversation to procurement and expansion.
