Job summary

Convergint Nordics seeks a Sales Engineer to design and sell electronic security projects and service agreements across the Nordics. You will support multinational clients, combining technical design with commercial ownership, client engagement, and seamless handover to operations.

You will drive opportunities from prospecting through close, coordinating with regional directors and global account executives to ensure alignment with Convergint standards and regional growth targets.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of electronic physical security systems and related technologies.
• Ability to lead design surveys and produce system designs for access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection.
• Experience with security technologies such as Genetec, LenelS2, CCURE, Milestone, and cloud-native security platforms.

Responsibilities

• Act as Nordics lead for inbound global account opportunities referred by US/European teams.
• Qualify opportunities, establish ownership, and maintain timely communication with RD/GAE.
• Manage the full commercial workflow: engagement, discovery, scope, pricing, proposal, negotiation, close, and turnover.
• Coordinate site surveys, bid development, and pre-construction alignment with regional teams.
• Maintain accurate opportunity records, forecasts, and supporting information.
