Job summary

Arctic Wolf is looking for a Customer Success Manager for the Nordics region. You will manage a portfolio of corporate customers using CyberSOC, driving renewals and expansions through consultative selling and regular reviews.

You will act as a trusted advisor, leveraging product knowledge to plan future growth and mitigate risks, while maintaining high customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of demonstrated success in a sales role, preferably in technology.
• Strong focus on customer service and business quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage a set of corporate customers using Arctic Wolf’s CyberSOC solution.
• Achieve renewal and expansion targets through consultative selling.
• Upsell by positioning Arctic Wolf service offerings.
• Provide quarterly account reviews and customer feedback to the business.
• Develop growth plans leveraging product knowledge and customer needs.
