Qualifications

• Proven success in business development and account management within Nordic technology and digital consulting sectors.
• Experience and existing network in defence and security sectors, with ambition to expand across the Nordic region.
• Deep insights and established network within the Finnish public sector, including procurement and tenders.
• Passion for expanding the portfolio by engaging new clients.
• Ability to manage complex sales, lead negotiations, and articulate how data, AI and digital transformation address sector challenges.
• Systematic, self-driven approach with resilience to navigate ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development and account management within the Nordic technology and digital consulting sector.
• Leverage an existing network in defence and security sectors and expand this expertise across the Nordic region.
• Engage with the Finnish public sector, navigating procurement processes and complex tenders.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the portfolio by opening doors to new clients.
• Navigate complex sales cycles, lead high-stakes negotiations, and articulate how data, AI, and digital transformation address sector challenges.
• Work in a systematic, self-driven manner and adapt to ambiguity while maintaining resilience.
