Job summary

Normet is seeking a Service Supervisor to lead field, on-site and mid-life service execution across the Nordics. The role is based in Iisalmi, Pirkkala or Tampere and is full-time, with responsibilities including scheduling service staff, monitoring performance and quality standards, and handling warranties.

The supervisor will lead customer meetings on site and remotely, report to the Services Director for Europe, Eurasia and Africa, and contribute to occupational safety and profitability

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating service personnel
• Experience in field and on-site service
• Knowledge of safety standards

Responsibilities

• Schedule service staff and coordinate field operations across the Nordics
• Monitor performance and enforce quality standards during service execution
• Handle warranties and service returns as part of post-service follow-up
• Lead customer meetings on site and remotely to review service outcomes and next steps
