Job summary

Normet is seeking a Service Supervisor to lead field, on-site and mid-life service execution across the Nordics. The role is based in Iisalmi, Pirkkala or Tampere and is full-time, with responsibilities including scheduling service staff, monitoring performance and quality standards, and handling warranties.

The supervisor will lead customer meetings on site and remotely, report to the Services Director for Europe, Eurasia and Africa, and contribute to occupational safety and profitability

Qualifications
