Job summary

BMI Group is looking for a Commercial Excellence & Pricing Manager to lead the Sales Excellence initiative for the Nordic cluster. The role bridges central frameworks with local execution, turning strategy into actionable pricing, GTN management and profitability.

You will manage local pricing, sales analysis, and governance, while driving standardized reports, dashboards, and incentive schemes. The position reports to the Commercial Director Nordic and is based in Malmö or Vantaa.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sales Excellence and GTN/Discount management initiatives.
• Drive Sales Strategy, Customer Segmentation and territory planning.
• Oversee CRM adoption, KPI reporting, and pipeline dashboards.
• Coach in-country pricing professionals and sales analysts.
